Terms and Conditions

Cancellation Policy

If reservation is canceled twelve (12) hours or less (from the time of the scheduled pickup time), there is NO Refund for the service, and your credit card will be charged the full amount due. If a reservation is canceled and rescheduled within twelve (12) to twenty-four (24) hours prior to scheduled pickup time, there is no rescheduling fee. If reservation is canceled and not rescheduled within twelve (12) to twenty-four (24) hours prior to scheduled pickup time, there is a Twenty Dollar ($20) administration fee. If a reservation is canceled more than twenty-four hours (24) prior to scheduled pickup time, there is no penalty charge

If you're a no show at your scheduled pickup time, there is No Refund, and your Credit Card will be charged the full amount due.


Airport or train station pickups: 

If you are notified of ANY delays or cancelations during your travels, you must contact us immediately. A driver will only wait for one (1) hour at either the airport or train station, without notification from you. If you have not appeared within that time frame, you will be considered a "NO SHOW" and you will not be refunded nor be assured that you will have a driver available for your trip.

All Fees and Charges will be charged to your credit card provided twelve hours (12) prior to your scheduled pick-up time. Any additional charges (Late, No Show fees etc.). If additional fees are added, they will be charged to your credit card provided as well.

If legal action is necessary to collect monies due, you will be responsible for all court costs, our attorney fees and the balance due. Also, any damages caused to the vehicle by client or their guests, will result in a minimum charge of $100.00, based on cost of damage

Vehicle Damages:
If any damages are done to our vehicle, or property by a client, another member of their group, or a pet.  You will be held financially responsible for any costs involved in the repairs or cleaning process.  
We are required to follow regulations set forth by the Massachusetts Department of Transportation and have to consider all human and animal bodily fluids as a biohazard, of which requires a very specific cleaning and sanitation process.

If any person or pet that should, vomit, urinate or expel any sort of bodily fluids on any surface within the vehicle.  You will be charged a cleaning fee minimum of $250.00 or more, should there be any damages associated with the incident.  


Flight Delays and or flight cancelations and rescheduled flights

Should your flight be Delayed significantly or if you should Cancel your flight and reschedule last minute.  We CAN NOT guarantee you a vehicle and a driver will be available for your new pickup time.  We will make every possible accommodation, but we can't be held responsible should this situation occur.  As we are on a schedule and have other passengers we have to consider as well. 

Driver gratuities are not included in your rate.  The current industry standard is 20%.  However, you should feel free to change that at your discretion.  Our system assumes you will add your gratuity to your credit card payment at the time of booking.  If you prefer to give your driver a cash gratuity, simply click on the "CASH" icon shown below.  If you want to change the amount of the gratuity added to your credit card, simply manually change the amount and click "update". 
If you should request to give a cash tip to a driver when making your reservation, and do not do so. A gratuity of 20% will be automatically charged to your credit card. If for any reason you feel a gratuity was not warranted, please contact our office at 774-256-2100 as soon as possible.
